Bryan College’s 128-acre hilltop campus is located in Dayton, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Many of the student comments we researched mentioned the beautiful campus. Many also noted that Bryan is a Christian college, and Bryan College’s own motto is “Christ above all.” If your Christian faith is important to you, and you are looking for a good, reasonably priced college, Bryan may be the place for you.
With a quarter of the student body over 24, and many students attending on a part time basis – possibly because of Bryan College’s array of online programs, especially for graduate students - this institution provides an interesting college experience for about 1,500 students. Bryan’s business degree programs (associate, bachelor and master) are popular, followed by bachelor programs in education and psychology. There are other majors, 25 in total, with more than 50 concentration options and three graduate programs with 10 specialization options.
Cost to attend for fulltime, residential undergraduates is about under $16,000 . This is a significant discount to their posted “sticker” price in the $35,000 range; 95% of students receive financial aid including institutional grants and scholarships. If your Christian faith is important, you like a beautiful rural environment, and maybe feel you have the discipline to take some courses online, Bryan College may be right for you. We suggest you take a close look if the foregoing is appealing.
"Best School Ever! Everything about this school is amazing. If you want a Christian college where your professors genuinely care about you, the students around you are fun and friendly, the academics are challenging in a good way, the financial aid is generous, the campus is gorgeous, and the rules encourage responsibility and are not unreasonable, Bryan is that school."
